Where is Quad Today?

Quadrangle Club is turning 125! Since 1901 we have been the proud home of generations of members and alumni.

Over the past decade, we have had a healthy and stable membership. We need your help to keep the club strong given changes on Prospect Avenue and at the University. Over the next year, the Quad 125 Campaign will fundraise for several critical projects that will keep our club competitive and live up to our motto: "There is always room at a Quad table."

Why Now?

It's been over 30 years since the last campaign updated the servery, expanded the dining room and added the solarium. In that time most clubs have completed major expansions or renovations, the University improved quality and number of on-campus dining options, and proportion of sophomores who bicker increased to 88%. We must update and upgrade the clubhouse to stay competitive.

The clubhouse and grounds are overdue for major renovations. The roof is 80 years old and leaking. Some windows are original from 1916 and falling apart.
The servery and kitchen haven't been updated in (over) 30 years and can't meet current dietary needs.

What is Needed?

We are fundraising $825k to address four immediate and substantial needs:
  • Roof Replacement: New roof to stop leaks, improve energy efficiency, and reduce heating/cooling costs.
  • Window Replacement: New windows and restore historic woodwork for better energy conservation.
  • Modernized Servery & Kitchen: Replace equipment and counters, add kitchenette for late meals, and modern dish-drop system to support member dietary and schedule needs.
  • Accessible & Functional Backyard: Add ADA pathways, new plants and trees, additional parking, and a discreet trash pickup location.

How Can You Help?
